RACE NIGHT FAQ's!

We're sure there are many things you want ask. Below are some of the more regular FAQ's. If they don't answer your query then please give us a ring or send us an email.

How much float will we need?
A lot more than you think. If 100 guests all turn up with a £20 note you would need £2000 in change!! You don't usually need that much, but you will need at least £50 for 100 people. Most people will pay with notes – remember, everybody will probably go to the cash point machine before coming along to the night!!

What areas do you cover?
We cover the entire North West of England. We provide race nights in Cheshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Derbyshire, Mersyside, North Wales, The West Midlands, Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, the Fylde Coast, the Lake District and everywhere else in between. If you are outside our area then contact us anyway as we can recommend a reliable company in your area.

Will you provide the Race Cards?
We always provide race cards. We also provide posters, tote tickets, a horse sales sheet, and a handy guide to help you organise a successful race night event. We also take care of all the complicated stuff on the night, the odds, the adding up, the calculations of payouts as well as compering the event.

Will you provide a PA and projector equipment?
Of course – we will provide all the technical equipment required including the PA and projection equipment as well as the races themselves. We always come prepared with background music to play in-between races. If you want to round the night off with a disco then just ask and for a small extra fee we will provide this as well.

How much notice do you need?
This is entirely up to you, subject to availability, we can respond within 24hrs as short notice replacements. Generally we prefer at least a few weeks. Bear in mind, the smaller amount of time you have, the more you have to do!! Remember, a well organised race night can raise some serious money for your charity, club or association.

Do you carry professional liability insurance?
We most certainly do. In this day and age, it is unthinkable to provide events within the public arena without having the correct Public Liability Insurance. We are fully covered which means you can book with confidence that we will meet all your requirements.
